1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and The Solar Guys ("we," "concerning your access to and use of our website.

2. Our Services

The Solar Guys provides a platform to connect homeowners with solar installation companies. We are not a solar installer and do not perform installations ourselves. We act solely as a lead generation and referral service.

3. No Endorsement

While we strive to partner with reputable, CEC-accredited installers, we do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by third-party installers. Any agreement you enter into with an installer is strictly between you and that installer.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
• You are the owner of the property for which you are requesting quotes, or have the authority to request quotes for that property.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information provided.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Australia. The Solar Guys and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
